Refund & Cancellation

Our Promise

No lock-in. No penalties.

"We would rather earn your loyalty than lock it in." All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice — no fees, no questions.

Kith & Kin operates on a simple principle: if we are doing our job well, you will stay. There are no annual contracts, no cancellation charges, and no lock-in periods of any kind.

Cancellation

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, simply notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing date via:

Your service will continue through the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be raised after cancellation is confirmed.

Billing cycle reminder

We raise your invoice 7 days before each month begins. Payment is due before the first visit of the month. If you wish to cancel, please notify us before the invoice is raised to avoid being charged for the following month.

Refunds

Refund Policy

Because our services are delivered on a scheduled basis each month, no refunds are issued for partially completed months. Once a billing period has begun and visits have commenced, the fee for that period is non-refundable.

However, if a visit is missed due to circumstances on our side (associate unavailability, scheduling error), we will reschedule the visit at no extra charge or credit the equivalent value toward the following month.

Add-on services

Add-on services that have been booked and confirmed are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

Exceptions

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of serious illness, hospitalisation, or bereavement of the care recipient, please contact us directly. We will work with you on a fair resolution — this may include pausing services, rescheduling visits, or a partial credit at our discretion.

We are a founder-led service and every client is known to us personally. Exceptional circumstances are handled with care and on a case-by-case basis.
