We visit your parent at home on a regular schedule — check their vitals, confirm their medications, sit with them and have a proper conversation, and send you a full report the same day. Not a reassurance. A real report.

Kith & Kin was founded by a Project Manager who spent years in London managing high-accountability programmes for major clients. He returned to India with his family and one clear purpose: to build the elder support service he wished had existed when he was abroad.

Every onboarding visit is personally supervised and a monthly check-in is conducted with every active client. This is not delegated. This is not automated. It is a deliberate choice to keep the client circle small enough that every family is genuinely known.

Visits are by trained, verified associates held to the same quality standard every time. Every onboarding visit is supervised directly, and a monthly senior review is conducted for every active client.
Every associate undergoes police verification and structured training. Our team background and references are available on request. The first visit is always personally supervised.
On the same day as every visit, your family WhatsApp group receives a structured report: vitals, medication, mood observations, and issues flagged. Signature and Premiere members also get proactive updates between visits.
Our team is the first call. We notify your family immediately, coordinate with your doctor or hospital, and stay on-site until stable. Premiere members receive a written emergency protocol at onboarding.
Plans start from ₹5,999 per month. Payment is collected before your first visit. No free trials — but your onboarding visit is included in your first month so you see exactly how we work from day one.
We coordinate a comprehensive home collection covering 80+ health parameters. Our team is present and the report is shared with the family with a plain-language summary. Included after 6 months on Signature, 3 months on Premiere.
Onboarding takes 5–7 days from confirmed booking. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing date. We raise your invoice 7 days before each month begins. We’d rather earn your loyalty than lock it in.
Every week we call your parent for a structured conversation — how they are feeling, whether any needs have come up, anything the family should know. It is not a medical call. It is a consistent, caring presence that catches small issues before they become big ones.
